SALES METHODOLOGY

SELLING IS NOT AN ART IT'S A SCIENCE

The objective of the sales methodology programme is to create a corporate culture and common methodology for planning, analysing and monitoring the quantity, quality and direction of the activities of all team members involved in the sales process.

The methodology allows objective evaluation of individual knowledge and skill and motivation levels, sales planning, the strength of customer relationships and objective deal forecasting as well as the specific activities required to correct and/or enhance the above.
